My son is obsessed with disc golf so we got him the Wham-O Mini Frisbee Disc Golf toy set for added fun. It’s a little, plastic-made (except the metal chains) toy disc golf basket that can be played with inside or outside.

First, we have to clear the air. The sport is called DISC golf, not FRISBEE golf. There is no surer sign than calling it Frisbee golf to show you are a clueless newb in the disc golf community. I once called it Frisbee golf at my son’s tournament and he was mortified, so I learned better.
Second, Wham-O is the maker of Frisbee, so they try to convince people the name of the sport is Frisbee golf, which it’s not; but it does add to the confusion. Especially if you ever played Nintendo Wii’s Wii Resort because one of the mini games is called Frisbee Golf.
Anyway, we got the mini disc basket for last Christmas and it turned out to be my son’s favorite gift even though it wasn’t his “big” gift.

It comes with 6 mini discs, and the basket can easily be set up anywhere around the house or outside, so he had a ton of fun designing his own courses. I’ve played with my son many times. He’s even gotten his little sisters involved and they love it too.
It’s surprisingly durable, given we have had it almost a year at this point and not one thing has been broke on it yet despite heavy use.
I like it. A good “bang-for-buck” toy.
