Blogging From My Phone

Maybe I’m late to the party on this one, but I am 💯writing this blog post from my phone.

In the beginning stages of blogging, I know one of the keys to success is to post a ton of articles 💪

I’ve listened to many podcasts on the subject of successful bloggers, and most of them say something like “when I started I didn’t have a clue what I was doing but I wrote about 1,000 posts in my first year and then I started getting traffic.” 🙌

Also, as you may have noticed, I can use unlimited emojis! 🥳

Prolly not a good thing to punctuate sentences with emojis but what can you do 🤷‍♂️

Phones are basically supercomputers that fit in our pockets, so, in many ways it’s easier to blog from this phone than it is from my laptop, my mind is blown 🤯

Because on my phone I have access to so many tools that can be quickly used for blogging – from AI apps, to photo editor, my photo library, etc

I can quickly switch back and forth to X, which has the power of Grok AI. Wanna see a picture of a dinosaur surfing in the ocean?

That took about a total of 30 seconds to switch over to Grok, enter the prompt, and copy and paste the image back here. In fact, all the images on this post are AI generated via Grok. Crazy 🤪

I’m not sure what all this means, but I know it means something.

I believe part of the reason for “blogging is dead” (it isn’t) is that there are so many interesting things that can be done with blogs but we aren’t doing them.

There are many untapped possibilities…my brain is whirring a hundred miles an hour right now.

How does an ordinary man like me recognize the many possibilities and then execute on the ideas?

It seems many bloggers (including me) yearn for the “Golden Age of Blogging” but the truth is it’s not coming back the same way the “Golden Age of Radio” ain’t coming back…but guess what? Today we have Podcasting and it is HUGE and we are, in fact, in another Golden Age of spoken word audio.

I believe something similar will happen for the blog format.

Not sure how, exactly, but I’ll be seeking those answers as I continue to blog and I will be sharing what a learn!
